All program options include:
- 24 hours of customized programming
- 16 skating lessons and 16 fitness sessions
Fitness sessions will focus on strength, power, endurance, speed, quickness, agility, movement skills, balance, reactivity, aerobic power, anaerobic capacity, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.
