TOWNHOUSE -> 4 or 6-room townhouse (each room has 1 bed) + 1 shared bathroom + 1 shared kitchen. MIN 3 people. 1 person must be a responsible adult.

We are excited to partner with the Canadian Institute of Sport Ontario to provide an additional training hall that is on site with the accommodations. 

Elite High Performance Training center with 3 Platforms, Eleiko barbells and bumper plates and Hot and Cold recovery tubs as well as a heated room.

Location: In the Pan-Am center located a 8 minute walk from Harmony Commons and about 20 minute or 5 min drive from the South Residences.  

Training access only for athletes and their coaches with training blocks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. OWA admin will reach out to confirm your training blocks. Please note at the bottom if you would like to utilize this access.
