Why a Research Fee is Required
Vacation planning involves extensive time and effort. We research cruises, hotels, tours, activities, and transportation to create itineraries that meet your unique preferences. This includes contacting suppliers, coordinating logistics, and crafting personalized travel arrangements.
If you choose not to book with Wanderlust Escapes (e.g., you decide not to travel, book elsewhere, or were only exploring options), the fee will be retained as compensation for the services provided.
Fee Validity and Changes
The research fee is valid for 30 days.
If no booking is made within this timeframe, your request will be considered canceled.
Should you return after the 30-day period, a new research fee will apply unless prior arrangements are made.
Research Fee Benefits
The research fee is not applied toward your trip balance. However, upon receipt of the fee and securing your flight arrangements, Wanderlust Escapes will:
- Provide your flight itinerary.
- Notify you of travel updates via email or text (your preference).
- Send a courtesy reminder with travel documents 24 hours before departure.
- Support you through travel
Agreement Terms
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The planning process will not begin until the research fee is paid.
- Planning will pause if any fees are outstanding.
- The research fee is non-refundable and will not be credited toward the trip balance.
- A new research fee will be required for any new requests initiated after 30 days.
