The Goal Of The Assesment

This inventory can help athletes and coaches identify strengths and areas for improvement in mental and emotional skills.The results can inform targeted training and development strategies to enhance overall athletic performance.
Scoring Method:

Each statement is rated on a Likert scale (e.g., 1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree).
Higher scores indicate stronger skills in each respective category.

Rating Scale:

1 = Strongly Disagree, 2 = Disagree, 3 = Neutral, 4 = Agree, 5 = Strongly Agree
