DS Civic Representatives are local leaders who will act as the face of the Voter Catalyst Network in their states.

Eligiibility

Civic Representatives MUST BE:
- Atleast 18 years old before October 1,2024 or enrolled in continued education opportunity
- A US citizen or Green Card holder (needed to receive payment)
Role
- Hosting voting registration drives & civic engagement events (Is also a Voter Captain)
- Check and respond to your DoSomething communication channels at least 3 times a week
- Host monthly office hours for Voter Captains in your respective state
- Attend DoSomething Civic Representative Professional Development Meetings & Trainings
Perks

In addition to the Voter Captain benefits, Civic Representatives will also receive:
- Payment for planning and participating in national leadership activities and virtual events
- A buget for hosting a voter registration event
- Specialized leadership training, events, and opportunities
- A special feature on the DoSomething website as a contact for people interested in pioneering voting registration drives & civic engagement events
- Receive specfic leadership reference letter and resume entry
