I regret to inform you that due to the forecast of chilled temperatures and rain during the entire event, we made the difficult decision to cancel the Family Fun Scavenger Hunt scheduled for today at noon.
The safety and well-being of our attendees, staff and participants are our top priority, and after careful consideration, we believe that it is in everyone’s best interest to cancel the event.
We understand the disappointment this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please know that this decision was not taken lightly, but we must prioritize the safety and keeping everyone healthy to all involved. Accordingly – I will begin to process a full refund (which will include a donation for those who included a donation for Foster Closet).
We are exploring options to reschedule the event – and will keep you updated on any developments regarding a new date or alternative plans.
