First Step Family Support Center
Help us imagine the future of First Step Family Support Center!

We have been working for and with families on the North Olympic Peninsula since 1972 and provide a host of strengths-based programs that aim to help children and families thrive. In 2023, we served over 1,700 families throughout Clallam and Jefferson counties and traveled over 50,000 miles to meet families where they are.

As our agency reflects on our past, and imagines our future, we seek input from the community we serve so that we can include your dreams, goals, values, and concerns in our process.

We invite you to contribute, by completing this survey. It will take approximately 15 minutes. All answers are anonymous, and no personally identifiable information will be collected.

Your answers will be used to help us refine our mission, vision, and values. Results of our strategic planning process will be available in the fall of 2024 and will be shared broadly with our community.
