Refund Policy

A refund will be provided under the following circumstances
1. Chicago Aikikai cancels seminar (Full refund)
2. Registrant cancels 1 week prior on September 6 or earlier (Full refund)
3. Registrant cancels after September 6 (Partial refund - $50 cancellation fee)
