I acknowledge that being given permission to use Te Kōhanga Reo Tohu would require that I:
Do not alter the Tohu in any way.
Provide proof of the Tohu use prior to any printing of materials; production of merchandise; or publishing of an online resource or reference, and that express approval must be received back from the Procurement team before commencing.
I further acknowledge that:
Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust Board maintains full Trademark over the Te Kōhanga Reo logo.
Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust reserves the right to revoke any license granted if use is deemed inappropriate or for the purpose of making a profit. This would require immediate action to stop all use of the Tohu.
I must not take any action to start using the Tohu until express permission has been received and the limitations of its use have been agreed.
If permission is granted, I will be provided with official images to use that are suitable for the nature of their use.
This licence is invalid until agreement is signed and returned to Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust office.
