By submitting this application, I (the "applicant" and/or private property owner) certify that I (we) understand that if this request is granted, I will follow all established guidelines and remove all temporary structures at the end of the approved time period. I further understand that the Planning & Zoning Department may deny or revoke my special event permit if one or more factors listed in Ordinance in Article III., Section 3.09 (3) are not satisfactorily addressed.
As a condition to, and in consideration of the issuance of the above-requested permit, the applicant hereby agrees to exonerate, indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Carefree, it's officers, agents and employees from all liability suits, claims, losses, damage caused, expenses, costs, including attorney’s fees, for any injuries, deaths, or damages to, or destruction of property, related to the special event.
I understand and have read the outlined terms in this application. Upon the Town's approval of your request, applicant is responsible for timely payment and submittal of all required documents. The Town of Carefree reserves the right to deny a Special Event Application if mandatory requirements are not met by the applicant.
