Facility Improvement Grant Form
Purpose: To enhance CSBC churches in their ability to reach their community for Christ.

Requirements:
- • Be a cooperating Southern Baptist congregation contributing to the Cooperative Program.
  • Have a current Annual Church Profile (ACP) on file with CSBC.
  • Realize that this grant will supply money for small projects and materials usually under $1,500.
  • Attach the project budget.
  • Send a follow-up report and photos.
  • Include your intended purpose for this facility grant and how the grant will help your ministry.
Timeline and Notification:
If approved, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
You will be notified of the outcome by email.

Grants will be issued based on need and the availability of Cooperative Program funds.
