GUIDELINES
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications will be reviewed by team and you will be notified if you have been approved or denied.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times when interacting with models, event organizers, and attendees.
Attendance Commitment:You commit to being present at the designated venue for the duration of the fashion show as agreed upon with the organizers.
Preparation: Familiarize yourself with the venue layout and lighting conditions prior to the event. Ensure all equipment is fully charged, cleaned, and in working order before arriving at the venue.
Bring backup equipment (e.g., extra batteries, memory cards) to mitigate any technical issues that may arise.
Communication: Establish clear communication channels with event organizers to stay informed about schedule changes or specific photography/videography requests. Coordinate effectively with other photographers and videographers to avoid duplication of shots and ensure comprehensive coverage of the event.
Respect for Models and Attendees: Respect attendees' personal space and privacy when capturing candid shots or crowd scenes.
Capture Guidelines: Capture a variety of shots, including close-ups of garments, full-body shots of models on the runway, candid backstage moments, and audience reactions.
Experiment with different angles, compositions, and lighting techniques to add visual interest to your photographs and videos.
Focus on capturing the essence and mood of the event, highlighting the creativity and craftsmanship of the designs showcased.
Etiquette During the Show: Avoid obstructing the view of attendees or disrupting the flow of the event while moving around to capture shots.
Be mindful of your surroundings and aware of any potential hazards, such as cables or props, to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Post-Production: Deliver final images and videos in a timely manner according to the agreed-upon timeline with event organizers. Photographers will be required to submit pictures/Videos from event within 3 -14 days of event.
Ownership and Usage Rights: By volunteering as a photographer or videographer, you acknowledge that the content you produce will be provided to the organizers for their use.
Promotion and Credit: Share your work from the fashion show on your personal portfolio, website, or social media platforms, giving credit to the event Organizer and relevant Brands/Designers .Obtain permission from event organizers before using any photographs or videos for commercial purposes or publication.
Permission for Use: You grant the event organizers the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes related to the fashion show.
This includes but is not limited to social media posts, website content, promotional materials, and press releases.
Mutual Respect: Both parties agree to respect each other's rights and interests regarding the use of the content and to collaborate in a spirit of mutual benefit and professionalism.
