72 Hour Shootout Submission Form

This is the official entry form to enter Film Lab's 2026 72 Hour Film Shootout. You must register prior to the start of the Shootout, which commences at 8pm EST on the 1st Thursday of June. Upon submission of the below information, you will be taken to PayPal's payment processing page to complete the payment for your registration. Please note that if you do not complete that payment submission, you will not be registered for the Shootout.

We encourage every member of a team to register, although only one person on a team must register in order to submit a film. If only one person on a team registers, they will be the only one eligible for prizes and recognition in the festival.
Important Dates:

1st Thursday of June at 8pm EST filmmaking commences. All films must be based upon a common theme announced on Facebook and Instagram @FilmLabInc. Films are due via a WeTransfer link to Shootout@film-lab.org no later than 8pm EST the following Sunday (72 hours later) and MUST be accompanied by the signed release forms downloadable from www.film-lab.org to be considered.
