Please use this form to submit issues related to Encompass replacement tools, including WordPress (websites), Blackthorn (events), Marketing Cloud (email), GiveCampus (online giving and crowdfunding) and Formstack (bio-demo forms and philanthropic commerce).
Note: At this time, we are not soliciting feedback on future enhancements. This form should be used to submit issues related to basic functionality, i.e. a process isn't working as expected or you need access to something for critical job functions. We will roll out a future enhancement form once go-live processes are fully stable.

Note: If this request is related to an existing giving short URL that is not working, please do not submit this form. We are aware of and continuing to build short giving URLs from our legacy system. This process is time intensive, and we are working as quickly as we can. We expect to be finished building legacy URLs in late March.
