It is important that, in addition to completing this form, you notify the event host of your cancellation as soon as possible.

The rally mentor and treasurer will determine if a refund can be issued. In most cases a refund cannot be issued until 1) a rally fills, or 2) the campground refunds deposits made to reserve sites, less cancellation fees.

If a rally does not fill refunds will be processed after an event is over and the financial impact for the club can be assessed. If a cancellation can be filled from a wait list refunds can be processed before the rally date.

If you must cancel a registration, every effort will be made to fill your site from a waitlist. In the event that your reservation cannot be filled and the club incurs an expense, no refund can be issued. The $20 adminstration fee and payment processing fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
