  • Please review the following requirements to register for CE courses:  

     

    • TEXAS RESIDENTS WILL RECEIVE CE CREDIT FROM TREC: Out of state agents, there will be no CE credit for any of the CE courses. 
    • REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: You must register by 6 PM the day before the class date.
    • ZOOM LINKS: An email will be furnished the day before the class and the morning of the class once payment has been made and the registration form is complete. If you register on the last day, you will receive the Zoom link the morning of the class.
    • CLASS OPENINGS: The Zoom class will be open thirty minutes prior to class starting. You are encouraged to be there at least ten minutes early for check-in.
    • CE ATTENDEES REQUIREMENTS PER TREC:
      • Must be on video at all times for TREC credit. 
      • No driving or riding in the car. You will be removed, and no refund will be issued.

Incomplete forms are rejected by title companies on a daily basis. If the T47 is rejected technically the seller would have to redisclose on this document, this puts the seller at risk of loosing a buyer and legal liability. When they redisclose the T47 form, seller might disclose information the buyer wasn't originally aware of as well as cause delay in a transaction for title company determining if a new survey would be required.
