You will gain most value from this course if you are competent in English. It is particularly important that you have good reading and writing skills for the online courses and good speaking and listening skills for the residential courses.

• I agree to the College processing personal data contained in this form, or other data which the College may obtain from me or other legitimate sources, for any purpose connected with my studies, health, welfare, safety or for any other legitimate purpose. I understand that without this agreement, the College is unable to process my application.

• I understand that I must complete section 19 now, stating whether or not I have any unspent criminal record. Should I answer yes and I receive a conditional offer of a place, I will be asked to provide further information about my convictions and any current restrictions as part of the College safeguarding team's assessment of any risk that I may pose to the College community. I further understand that the outcome of this risk assessment (together with any required action(s) to reduce the risk) will determine whether or not the conditional offer can be confirmed.
