    • Boundary Inspection  
    • 1. Fences In Good Repair, Not Holed Up To Stock Grade*
    • 2. Foot path Fences in good condition, not holed, at least 5 strands?*
    • 3. Gates locked and signed for no access*
    • 4. Signs and warning notices at 30-50metre intervals around the boundary?*
    • 5. Working face conditions are in good order? (no Overhangs, cracks, loose faces, etc)*
    • Lagoons and Ponds 
    • 6. Signs and warning notices posted warning of deep water / quick sand?*
    • 7. Is Lifesaving equipment present and serviceable?*
    • Haul Roads & Pedestrian Routes 
    • 8. Entrance road Surfaced / levelled?*
    • 9. Car park area segregated, signed, safe access to office?*
    • 10. Is all bunding in place to a sufficient standard Minimum1.5m*
    • 11. General haul roads level and clear of major pot holes?*
    • 12. Haul road edge protected (maintained bunds)?*
    • 13. Wheel wash edge protected and sign instructing wash use?*
    • 14. Bunds in place at all open edges?*
    • 15. All pedestrian routes clearly marked, and signs.No go areas identified?*
    • Stock Piles and Tipping Off Areas 
    • 16. All areas to be bunded, gaps permitted to allow water run-off, but areas maintained daily in wet conditions to limit erosion?*
    • 17. Tipping points bunded to be at least the diameter of the largest wheel?*
    • Welfare & Housekeeping 
    • 18. Weigh bridge and office clean and tidy, limited clutter?*
    • 19. Site clear of rubbish, skips / bins provided and used?*
    • 20. Ladder/stepladders, checked to ensure in safe condition?*

    • I confirm that all the above checks have been carried out and I have inspected all areas listed and found everything to be satisfactory except for the concerns recorded and the significant defects listed.
