    In selecting your meeting time, be aware we have two Daily Ignite Meetups (12 and 5 pm CST, same content in both). Most teams choose to meet right after one of these Ignite Meetups. Be aware that for new recruits attending one of these is mandatory for their first 30 days at [P1]. 

    Make sure people show up and work at the times you choose, as much as possible. Regular meetings are key.
