Oasis Travel Connection is excited that you will be joining our adventure to South Africa. Please complete the Travel Profile/Registration Form and make your deposit. All questions marked with an asterisk(*) are required. If you are sharing a room with another roommate (s), each traveler must complete the travel profile form individually and make their deposit within 72 hours of each other.

For Travelers Sharing a Room: Each traveler must complete their form, acknowledge the Terms and Conditions, and Make a Deposit. After the initial deposit, roommates can choose to have their payment accounts or combine the accounts on one invoice. Please make sure you give us your roommate's name, email address, and phone number below on the form where requested.

For Married Couples: The first spouse must complete the Registration Form, fill out individual information, and make the $300.00 deposit. After the deposit is made, a second Registration Form must be completed for your spouse, and the deposit for them is made on the second form.

Solo Travelers: One form is completed and a Deposit is made.

All Deposits and Payments are Non-refundable and Non-Transferable. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended in the event of an emergency for a covered reason. We are not insurance representatives, so it is best to speak with the travel insurance company to get the best policy for your needs. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance within 7-14 days of making your deposit, to ensure you are covered for any preexisting conditions.

Monthly Payments will be 15th of the following month after the deposit is made

Monthly Payment Required: A minimum of $200.00 or more per month is required on your payment plan. Our payment system spreads payments evenly over the months, so can either follow that schedule or pay at least $200.00 a month.

Please Note: If you choose to pay via Credit or Debit Card, a 3% fee will be added to your total package price when the payment plan is set up.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL NOTES:

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Traveling abroad to South Africa will require a passport valid for 6 Months past the return date of travel. Refunds will not be provided for invalid passports so please ensure your passport is up to date. Refunds cannot be provided if you book your trip and your passport does not come back in time. If you do not have a passport, please apply today.

Currently, US Passport holders will receive a VISA upon entry into South Africa. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your flight arrangements and pay for your airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to the dates. The start date listed for this trip is September 14th so you should book your Flight on September 13th with plans to arrive in Cape Town on September 14th. We have a late check-out on September 22nd or you can check out late on September 22nd.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Please be sure to review your invoice for the payment schedule. You may want to set monthly reminders for your payments.

All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets.

Upon receipt of final payment, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent within 14-21 days of travel.

Once you purchase your flight, please forward your travel information to Oasis Travel Connection no later than June 15th, 2025.

Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 72 hours of your reservation. If not, your reservation will be adjusted to current occupancy and your price will change on your invoice to reflect the new occupancy change.

If you select the Full Flight Package ( Land and Flight), TBT allows 2 Pieces of Luggage/23 KG each in Economy Class.
For any No-show at the airport or cancellation after ticketing, tickets are Non-refundable.

Seats: Group bookings are treated differently for seating than non-group bookings. Each airline is different, and group seat rules can change at any time before travel. Seats may be a block under air control, where individual seat assignment requests are not allowed. Online check-in may not be allowed. Online and/or other upgrade options may not be allowed.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room incidentals.
