Payment and Refund Policy:
Payment for the vending spots will need to be paid in full by October 12th, 2024. Payment must be cash, check, cashiers check, money order, or electronic payment via the official online sign-up form. This is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be permitted. You will receive confirmation and updates via email.
Vending Information:
All vendors must supply their own pop-up (must be weighed down), tables, and chairs. Keep in mind this is an outdoor venue located on an active air strip and there is no electricity at this event. Vendors must start setting up the day/evening before, at your own risk; no security is provided. Vendors choosing to set up the day of the event can start at 6:00 AM and must be set up by 9:00 AM, when the event opens to the public.
Late arrivals will NOT be accepted. All vehicles utilized during setup are NOT authorized to be inside the gates beyond 8:30 AM and are not to return inside the gates for tear down UNTIL 4:00 PM.
No early breakdowns. Show opens at 9:00 AM to the public and will end at 4:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their own space during and after the event. We also ask that each vendor donate a raffle prize along with your business card and information. Raffle item(s) will be collected at the gate on event day.
Registration must be submitted by October 12th, 2024. Please include a copy of your Sellers Permit and Business License (on the next page). This event will comply with all Local, County, State, and Federal laws & regulations.
