LPC Student Symposium Submission

The symposium will feature this year's outstanding research projects conducted by LPC students. It will take place on April 29th of 2026, 3pm to 6pm. There will be two sessions: (1) LIVE SESSION WITH SHORT PRESENTATIONS (3-5pm); and (2) POSTER SESSION (5-6). Proposal Submission Deadline: March 20, 2026. The proposals will be peer-reviewed by March 24th and you would need to submit the final posters and draft of slides of your presentation by April 8th. The slides don't have to be final, only the posters - because we will start printing them!
You will have a chance to participate in the Live Presentation Session, or in Poster Session, or in both.
- If you choose LIVE PRESENTATION you will be scheduled to have 10 minutes (between 3 to 5pm) to describe your research with 5 minutes for questions. The presentations will take place in one of the classrooms in 21000 building and will have equipment to allow the use of a projector. You can use Power Points to present, do a demonstration, or show a performance.
- If you choose to present a POSTER we will print the poster you submit and display it in the lobby of 21000 building. During the Poster Session you will need to stand by your Poster to answer questions during the poster session 5-6pm.
- You can choose to participate in both sessions - to present live and also have your poster printed and displayed, as long as you are able to attend both sessions.
