All entry forms and fees should be postmarked or hand delivered by August 9th, 2024. All entries should include a completed application and the registration fee. You may hand deliver entry fee to the Chamber office (215 Pendleton Street, Waycross, GA 31501) or mail to (PO BOX 1282, Waycross, GA 31502).
Registration:

Infant - Tiny Miss: Registration begins at 8:00 AM. Pageant will start at 10:00 AM. Little Miss - Miss: Registration begins at 11:00 AM. Pageant will start at 1:00 PM.
Categories:

Evening Gown: The dress should reflect the contestant’s personality. Being this is the main category, the judges will base the scores on the contestant’s confidence, how well the dress fits, and how well the contestant wears the dress.

Beauty: The judges will base this score on contestants’ overall appearance and personality. They will factor in hair, smile, eyes, dress, personality, walk and confidence.

Optional Awards: We have added more optional awards so that there are more chances for winners in each division. All are included in the price if you choose to do the Beauty + Optional Package.

People’s Choice: We will have a jar set up with each contestant’s name on the jar once you enter the pageant. Whichever contestant has the most money in their jar at the end of the pageant will be awarded with People’s Choice.
Prizes:

There will be a Queen, 1st runner up, 2nd runner up, and 3rd runner up in each division. The queen will receive a beautiful crown and custom sash. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd runner ups will receive a trophy.
Scoresheets:

Score sheets will be given out immediately after the pageant is over at the registration table.

I, meaning the parent and/or Guardian of the Miss Swampfest Pageant contestant understand that Paige Taylor or anyone associated with the pageant is not responsible for property damage, lost items or personal injury that may occur to the contestant, myself, or anyone in our entourage for the pageant. I also understand that the judges decisions are final and will not be disputed. I also understand there will be NO REFUNDS. There will be a $45.00 service charge on all returned checks.
