Here are some important things you need to have before completing this form:
Must be a current high school senior at Jean Ribault High School.
Two Letters of Recommendation on proper letterhead. (one must be from a guidance counselor at your school) expressing the following: student has a Minimum GPA 2.7 and the student has No Attendance or Disciplinary Issues.
Must be a University/College Ready Student (proof of college acceptance letter(s) should be provided).
A Minimum 350-word essay typed in 12-point Times Union Font (double-spaced) effectively responding to the following questions:
i. What is the most pressing issue facing your generation today?
ii. What would you do to address those issues?
iii. Explain the difference between management and leadership? And how does that difference show up in your life?
