We are excited to offer free admission for seniors 62+, along with entertainment and product information for a vibrant life. If the senior population is your audience, the Seniors’ Lifestyle Expo at the Merced County Fair is where you want to be!

Seniors’ Day Expo Exhibitor Booth Pricing: $300

Please Note: Application, exhibit fee and proof of insurance are due by May 15th in order to guarantee space at the Seniors Day Expo. Tickets will be available for pick up in the Merced County Fair Administration Office upon receipt of completed application, payment & copy of insurance.

Proof Of Insurance

To expedite processing, please submit your certificate of insurance at the same time as your application. Refer to original flyer for insurance requirements. You may also submit this after your application is approved.

Promo Items
If you plan to distribute promo items at your display, please list them above. Promo items must be approved by the Fair. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE, including water, candy or any other consumable will be permitted.
Resale Tax Number
If selling, please enter your number above. It is mandatory to have a State of California Board of Equalization resale tax number. If the number is temporary, it must be on file in the administration office prior to opening your booth for business.
Vendors are required to set-up between 2p - 4p on Wednesday, June 5th.
