NEW CLUB APPLICATION
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE USC TX, A CLUB MUST COMMIT TO THE WESTERN/EASTERN DIVISION IN U11/U12.
PDF LEAGUE (U9-U10) ENTRY INTO THIS COMPETITION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENTRY INTO THE USC TX. TEAMS APPLYING WILL BE UNDER A (1) SEASON PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEMS BEFORE CONTINUING. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
APPLICATION FEE
If your club is applying for membership in Elite Clubs National League or Regional League and is not a current member of the USC TX, please submit your application here. For USC TX, you must submit a non-refundable application processing fee of $200.00, which is payable to United Soccer Clubs. Your application will not be considered without this fee.
USC TX will review the application and inform the applicant of its decision following a board review. Upon acceptance into the USC TX, your Primary Club Contact will receive an email containing the USC TX Membership Agreement and USC TX Rules and Regulations. The Club must sign and return the USC TX Membership Agreement and the one-time $500 new member fee to the USC TX by the specified date, or your club may lose its invitation to join the specified USC TX season. This is due within five business days of approval.
