Hair and Makeup Artist
PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THROUGH THIS APPLICATION BEFORE SUBMITTING. Thank you for your interest in partnering with us as an approved hair and makeup vendor for Royalty USA. The pageant will be held September 24-27, 2026 in Charleston, South Carolina. All events will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Convention Center in North Charleston. All hair and makeup artists that wish to offer services in our approved hair & makeup vendor suite must submit this application and remit the $350 vendor fee (see payment options below). We are only accepting a limited number of hair makeup artist/teams in our hair & makeup suites. There will be a hair and makeup suite adjacent to the dressing rooms and backstage for approved artists. NEW this year, the HMU suite will be accessible without having to access the dressing areas which will be a benefit to our male artists and our delegates who have a male chaperone. Approved artists will be listed on the delegate dashboard, you will be added to the delegate group where you can advertise your services and you will be announced on social media as an official vendor. You will have exclusive access to our hair and makeup suite beginning on Thursday morning for the entirety of the pageant. HMUA's are not allowed in delegate dressing rooms. They are only allowed in designated HMU rooms/areas. ALL events will be held at the host hotel and convention center and are under one roof. **Note** We appreciate and welcome any the artists who wish to perform hair and makeup services in your hotel room, however, you will not be added to the delegate login with your contact info, you will not be added to the delegate group and you will not be allowed backstage for touchups. NOTE: The vendor fee includes vendor rental space for 4 days and ONE 6 ft table and two chairs. HMUA's who are also Diamond Level Sponsors will receive first priority to have one additional table and chairs. If additional space is available, we will offer up to one additional table for an additional $100 fee at a later date and they will be first come, first serve. Thank you again for you interest!
