Hair and Makeup Artist

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THROUGH THIS APPLICATION BEFORE SUBMITTING. Thank you for your interest in partnering with us as an approved hair and makeup vendor for Royalty USA. The pageant will be held October 23-26, 2025 in Charleston, South Carolina. All events will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Convention Center in North Charleston. All hair and makeup artists that wish to offer services in our approved hair & makeup vendor space backstage must submit this application for approval. NEW this year, we are only accepting 8 hair and makeup artist/teams in our vendor space backstage. There will be a dedicated suite area near the dressing rooms and backstage for approved artists. We know our artists work hard and we appreciate your support! We will also have some fun perks for you during pageant pageant weekend. Approved artists will be listed on the delegate dashboard, you will be added to the delegate group where you can advertise your services and you will be announced on social media as an official vendor. You will have exclusive access to our backstage hair and makeup suite beginning on Thursday morning for the entirety of the pageant. HMUA's are not allowed in delegate dressing rooms. They are only allowed in designated HMU rooms/areas. ALL events will be held at the host hotel and convention center and are under one roof. Please submit this form, you will be notified within 3-5 business days if you have been approved. Once approved, you will have 5 business days to remit your HMUA vendor fee via an invoice in the amount of $350 to the national office. **Note** We appreciate and welcome any the artists who wish to perform hair and makeup services in your hotel room, however, you will not be added to the delegate login with your contact info, you will not be added to the delegate group and you will not be allowed backstage for touchups.
