The festival street fair is Saturday, August 9, 2025 8 am - 4 pm. Main Street will reopen to traffic at 8 am Sunday, August 10, 2025
**Please remember: Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis. No space will be assigned until payment is received. Note: Some spaces are already reserved

As we work on rebuilding the Festival, a reduced fee is being offered this year.

$75 per space for Food Vendors (not including pre-packaged baked goods) OR

$35 all other vendors

$25 ADDITIONAL for power.

Electricity (110v) is available by request but extremely limited (10 spaces available). For your safety and to prolong the life of your appliances, vendors must use a 12-gauge or better cord. THE 12 GAUGE OR BETTER RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Vendors with trailers may set up in their assigned downtown booth space on Friday evening after 6 PM. All booths spaces will be marked and numbered. Notification must be made to the local police department (207) 454-2751 if trailer is placed the night before.*

ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN PLACE AND SET UP BY 8:00 A.M. EASTERN TIME! Absolutely no exceptions. No vehicle traffic will be allowed on main street after this time! *

The St. Croix Valley Chamber of Commerce does not furnish any equipment (tables, chairs, water, etc.). Fee is for space only. WE WILL HAVE PORTABLE RESTROOMS ON SITE.*
