The 48 Hour Policy requires that appointments be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled within this timeframe, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated for the appointment. I also have a No Call & No Show Policy, which means that if a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior communication, they will be charged the full service cost as a no call no show fee. This will be collected 15 minutes after your appointment time was started. Same day cancellations may also result in a full service price fee. This policy is in place to respect my time and efforts and to prevent any inconvenience caused.
