RESEARCH AND PLANNING DEPOSIT POLICY

NOTE: Due to the current nature of travel in lieu of lifting pandemic restrictions and an increased number of quote requests received daily, LB Magnificent Travel Agency will be charging all clients a $25.00 "reimbursable" research/planning deposit before creating a custom vacation package. This deposit is applied as a final payment toward your trip. If you decide to book the trip on your own or with another agent/agency, the research/planning deposit is nonrefundable.

This deposit includes our usual services of finding/recommending the best travel experience for you, along with helping to navigate the ever-changing rules of travel, including the latest updates from tour operators, airlines, and resorts as well as the entry requirements per destination. While we know that anyone can book for themselves using the internet, our professional service deposit ensures that you will not be alone on your vacation. If any issues arise during your travel, we are the ones to handle those for you every step of the way. *Group booking deposits will differ and will be discussed on the complimentary consultation phone call.

Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions, a complimentary consultation phone call will be set up. During that phone call, if both parties decide to move forward, LB Magnificent Travel Agency will begin planning your vacation.
