Guaranteed with no dirt, debris, or sticker residue. They are stored in a semi outdoor/enclosed & covered area after cleaning. Handcrafted DollyWe handcraft every dolly to each customer's requested specifications. Each dolly is made to specifically fit any size crate you wish, or can be made with a flat surface to transport any size unit. They are built with high quality locking castors for durability, & painted up to 2 colors specified by your request. We also install a handle for easy handling. Please specify what size crate you would like your dolly built to accommodate in the "Special Instructions," or if you'd like a flat surface to support any/all units.

Order Retrieval Informaion
How would you like to receive your order?
Schedule your delivery/pickup date & estimated time frame. Please be aware the date/time selected can be subject to change depending on inventory availability, &/or overlapping orders. A Boxes by Beth representative will be in touch within an hour of placing your order to verify your scheduled date/time. Please be aware we operate in 2 hour time-frame intervals for delivery orders, and your order will be delivered within 1.5 of your selected time. For example, if you choose 2:00pm for your delivery time, your order will be delivered between 2:00pm - 3:30pm. We do not deliver between 5pm - 6pm on weekdays. Our hours for pickups and deliveries range between 9:30am - 10:30pm. We request most deliveries and pickups be scheduled the same or next day.
Terms for Orders Requesting Pickup Services

All pickup orders are to be picked up from 790 Thicket Lane 77079 near Memorial Drive and Dairy Ashford. Please pickup within 1.5 hours of your selected pickup time. Should you not be able to make it within that timeframe, please call (281) 386-2874 to ensure a represenative will be available at your new time of arrival. We do offer a 10% Same Day pickup discount that can ONLY be redeemed if your order is picked up before 10:30pm on the SAME or DAY you place your order, or unless otherwise agreed upon with a Boxes by Beth representative.

Terms for Orders Requesting Delivery Services

Boxes by Beth does offer FREE delivery for select orders. Please understand, delivery services, however, are never without cost, and when offering any valued customer the oppurtunity to recieve "FREE" delivery, the cost for this service is simply covered in full by Boxes by Beth as a courtesy. Boxes by Beth employes either a courier service or independant contractors for the majority of delivery orders, and covers a portion or all of the cost for the service for 100% of delivery orders. Although you may have a delivery charge for your order, NO Boxes by Beth customer EVER pays 100% of their delivery service charge. We are happy to cover as much as we can depending on the distance from our headquarters delivery is needed, as well as the amount of units ordered. The more units you order, the more closer you will get to obtaining our FREE delivery offer.

Since the factors to determine the eligibility for free delivery are not able to be readily calculated by the website, all orders requesting delivery will be contacted by Boxes by Beth prior to thier delivery in order to review the potential cost of this serivce. 70% of our clients that have received delivery have been eligible for free delivery, our remaining 30% paid between $7.00 - $25.00 for local Houston &/or surrounding area deliveries. We do deliver outside of Houston, and any order over 45 minutes from our headquarters is NOT considered a local delivery, yet some are still eligible for free delivery depending on their volume.

Should your order have a delivery cost, the fee will be collected upon delivery via Cash App, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, or Chime. If cash is the only tender available, you MUST notify the Boxes by Beth representative prior to your delivery so a specific driver whom of which is eligible to collect payment can be scheduled for your delivery.
