THIS MARKET HIGHLIGHTS LOCAL GROWERS & LOCAL MAKERS

We held our very first market at the start of 2024, which doubled in size by the second. We were kindly awarded a Community Parnership 2023-24 grant from the Southern Grampians Shire Council and are proud that we can continue to offer INDOOR and OUTDOOR sites from our beautiful town of Penshurst 3289. With thanks to local stall holders, we can support their fabulous goods grown and made in the Southern Grampians Shire. Our market has a wonderful country vibe, and between the live music from our local musicians, and the smell of coffee and food from our food vans, our market is the perfect way to relax on a Sunday with your family in the beautiful town of Penshurst, 3289!

STALL HOLDERS WANTED:

- Locally grown produce

- Locally made creations such as candles & jewellery etc.

- Food trucks & stalls

- Face painting, activities and talents

STALL HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

Sites are not confirmed until payment has been received electronically. NO CASH will be taken on market day.

ALL stall holders MUST provide their OWN current public liability insurance.

Stall holders are to provide their own tables, chairs, gazebos etc.

Food vendors MUST hold relevant food handling certificates and have a COUNCIL REGISTERED kitchen.

(Food vendors MUST lodge trading days on their FoodTrader accounts, which links back to Council.)

These requirements are non-negotiable.

STALL FEES: note fee reduction for last market before winter.

$20 outdoor

$25 indoor

Sites are 3mx3m

Stall placement and site numbers are allocated by our market team, and cannot be traded or shared.

Bookings are finalised once payment and all accompanying forms have been recieved.

SITES FILL FAST! Stall types are booked on a first come first serve basis.

Once this form has been submitted and copies of insurance and any food/kitchen registration/forms have been received), successful applicants will be contacted by our team and given further information (stall fee payment information, etc)
