Application Form for Dogs

We match dogs with families that are right for them and for the dog. The animal welfare and needs are our priority.

To ensure we can match the right dog up with the right family all potential adopters are asked to fill this form in and submit it. Please endeavour to complete this form is as much detail as possible to allow full consideration to be given.

Please note that the rehoming process can be reasonably protracted and involved depending on the breed of dog, the requirements of the dog, number of applicants, etc.

It will be necessary to carry out home checks, video calls, meetings with more than one applicant to find the most suitable home for the dog.

Nothing is definite until everything has been settled and agreed regarding the adoption of the dog.

Our Adoption Donations are as follows:

All dogs require a donation of £500 which is non-refundable.

This includes travel from Romania to your door in a specialised pet transporter (*parts of the West Country, Wales and Scotland, the dogs may need to be picked up form a pick up point).

Spay or neutering, flea and worm treatments, pet passport with vaccinations for travel, blood test for Brucellosis, 4DX Snap Test, and Microchipping are included in the £500.

The deposit is £150 to reserve your companion.

The balance of £350 is payable 5 days before the dog leaves Romania for the UK.

The adoption donation will vary for UK rehomed rescue dogs depending on size and age of the dog, please talk to us about this. The adoption donation for UK rehomed rescue dogs is also non-refundable.
