All participants in M-Fest on Thursday 26th March must complete this sign-up form. See the letter for full details, but as a reminder, the basic timings and information for Ashmole are below.

We collect the information in this form to confirm attendance at M-Fest, organise performances and audience arrangements, ensure safeguarding, and communicate essential event details. Some information may include special category data (for example, dietary needs), which we will process with your explicit consent and only share with staff or partners who need it to deliver the event safely. Your information will be stored securely and processed in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Food and drink will be provided at the event via a buffet table. I understand that it will be my responsibility to ensure my child/children adhere to any dietary requirements or allergies, and I will speak to the team on the day to make sure of any needs. Food and drink tables may ask for small cash contributions, although attendance at M-Fest is free.*

Arts for Impact
Are you able to make a donation to support our work in schools?

We have recently been given a special opportunity to double the donations received by our charity, should you be able to donate anything additional to your usual parent invoice.

From 18 – 25 March, donations up to a total of £5,000 will be doubled through our Arts for Impact campaign. This means that a £50 donation could be worth £112.50 to us (£50 + £50 + £12.50 Gift Aid). Any donation – large or small – really makes a difference and will go directly towards our work in schools.

You will be able to make your payment online during the campaign week. Please let us know if you would like to make an additional voluntary donation to the campaign, and support our work in schools.
