Qualifications

This grant is available to first-time homebuyers AFTER closing, who meet ALL of the qualifications below. Do not apply until after official closing of the purchase. The amount of the grant is $1,000 for non-military, and $1,500 for current or former military members. Funds are limited and no amount is guarenteed.

This application will be emailed to your REALTOR for approval. Their email address is required on this form.
