  • Urgent Priority tasks are those which are Critical or needed in less than 4 Hours.

    Please do not abuse this priority level. If it is abused, we will re catagorise and mark all subsequent urgent jobs for this project as normal.

  • High Priority tasks are those which are needed in less than 48 Hours.

  • Normal Priority tasks will be taken care of ASAP by our team on shift.

    If your project has not currently started editing with us yet, please consider using "low priority".

  • Low Priority tasks are those that are not currently in our post production facility or you are happy for them to be slotted in at quieter times
