WE HAVE UPDATED THE WAY THAT YOU APPLY FOR ACCESSIBILITY FACILITIES AT DRUMSHEDS - PLEASE VISIT THE WEBSITE FOR THE LATEST UPDATES.

If you have a temporary condition or impairment such as a broken leg, you may request use of our access facilities but please note they are prioritised for customers who are wheelchair users or have chronic health conditions, impairments, or disabilities. In this instance, please contact us via email: access@drumshedslondon.com

1) Purchase a ticket for yourself, or for the customer with access needs

If you are applying for a PA ticket please don't purchase one for your PA as it is free of charge and will be sent to you when we have approved your request. Complimentary PA tickets can only be added to tickets purchased via Kaboodle. For other ticket agents, please get in touch via the email above.

2) Apply for a FREE Drumsheds Digital Access Pass using this link:

https://app.accesscard.online/apply/drumsheds

If you already have an access card (or a Drumsheds Digital Access Pass), then please move onto the next step. This may take a few days for approval. Once approved, you can re-use the same pass for all shows at Drumsheds.

3) Complete this Accessibility Request Form.

4) Wait for approval of your request
We aim to process requests as quickly as possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can. For reference, we prioritise requests in order of shows, so the further away the show you are attending the longer the wait for a response may be.
