If you have a temporary condition or impairment such as a broken leg, you may request use of our access facilities but please note they are prioritised for customers who are wheelchair users or have chronic health conditions, impairments, or disabilities.
Please follow these steps:
1) Purchase a ticket for yourself, or for the customer with access needs
If you are applying for a PA ticket please don't purchase one for your PA as it is free of charge and will be sent to you when we have approved your request. Complimentary PA tickets can only be added to tickets purchased via Kaboodle. We are unable to offer PA tickets purchased outside of Kaboodle.
2) Complete this Accessibility Request Form.
3) Upload your supporting document with this form.
We accept any of the below as supporting documentation:
• Front page of DLA / PIP letter
• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
• Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
• Credibility’s Access Card showing you require a +1/+2 to accompany you.
• Doctor's or Hospital note (for temporary conditions)
• Blue Badge - the back with your name on (for parking requests only)
4) Wait for approval of your request
We aim to process requests as quickly as possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can. For reference, we prioritise requests in order of shows, so the further away the show you are attending the longer the wait for a response may be.
