Updated Accessibility Application Process for Drumsheds
We have updated our accessibility application process. Please follow the steps below to request accessibility facilities for your visit.
If you have a temporary condition or injury (such as a broken leg), you can still request access support. Please note that accessibility facilities are prioritised for guests who are wheelchair users or have chronic health conditions, impairments, or disabilities. For temporary conditions, please contact us at access@drumshedslondon.com
Step 1: Purchase Your Ticket
Purchase a ticket for yourself (or the guest with access needs).
If you require a complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) ticket, do not purchase one. Once your request has been approved, your free PA ticket will be issued to you.
Please note that complimentary PA tickets can only be added to tickets purchased through Kaboodle. If you purchased your ticket through another ticket agent, please contact access@drumshedslondon.com
Step 2: Apply for a Free Drumsheds Digital Access Pass
Apply for your free Drumsheds Digital Access Pass here:
https://app.accesscard.online/apply/broadwick-live/drumsheds
If you already have an Access Card or a Drumsheds Digital Access Pass, you can skip this step and continue to Step 3.
Please allow a few days for your application to be processed. Once approved, your Digital Access Pass can be used for all future Drumsheds events.
Step 3: Complete the Accessibility Request Form
Once you have your Digital Access Pass (or if you already have one), complete the Accessibility Request Form below.
Step 4: Wait for Confirmation
We aim to process all requests as quickly as possible. Requests are reviewed in order of upcoming event dates, so if your event is further in the future, it may take a little longer for us to respond.
