    If you do not hear from us, please reach out to see where we are in our decision process. (330-338-6151) It could mean that we are still looking everything over, or that we have decided that there was a better suited fit for the cat. Please let us know in the comment box at the end of the application, if you would like us to keep your application on file for future adoptions.

  • Are you able to afford the adoption fee of $75 for cats and $150 for kittens*
  • Are you planning on moving within the next 6 months?*
  • Are you of age to make all decisions about the ownership of this cat/kitten.*
  • If you do not own your home, would you be able to provide us with an approval letter from your landlord stating that you are allowed to have a cat.
  • If no children, do you plan on having children or will children be visiting the household frequently?*
  • What is your reason for wanting to adopt a cat?*
  • Are you planning on declawing your new cat or kitten?*
  • If you have previously had a cat or have one now, are your current cats declawed?*
  • Are any members of your household allergic to animals?*
  • Have you ever lost or given away a pet?*
  • Are your present pets up-to-date on their annual vaccines?*
  • Are your present pets spayed or neutered?*
  • Were your previous pets spayed or neutered?*
  • Can/Will you provide your cat with all veterinary services the cat will need within its lifetime?*
  • If your cat displays behavioral problems (such as poor litter box habits, inappropriate scratching etc.) how would you go about correcting the behavior?*
  • Is your entire immediate family in agreement with the decision to bring a new pet into your home?*
  • Are you prepared to commit to caring for the cat for its entirety of its life?*
  • Have you or any member of your household ever been charged with cruelty to animals or negligence in animal care?*
  • Have you ever tried to adopt a pet before from a rescue and been denied? If so please explain the circumstances*
  • If you selected outdoor, would your cat be supervised or free roaming?

  • Every cat that is adopted from our rescue comes along with the guarantee that if for any reason the cat is not a perfect fit or the cat needs to re-homed, we will take the cat back.

  • Please remember, We want the best fit for the kitten/cat and it may take approximately a week for us to get back to you.

  • Please know that during this process, we encourage you to make an appointment to stop by and visit with your new potential pet.
