Paranormal Investigation Waiver of Liability
I hereby acknowledge and agree to participate voluntarily in the paranormal investigation conducted by Paranormal Police Investigations.
I understand and acknowledge the following:
• Acknowledgment of Risks: I am aware that paranormal investigations involve potential risks, including but not limited to physical injury, psychological distress, and property damage. This is a risk I fully understand and am taking all risks of my own volition.
• Voluntary Participation: I am participating voluntarily and of my own free will. I understand that I may withdraw from the investigation at any time.
• Assumption of Risks: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the paranormal investigation, including risks that may arise from the actions or negligence of others.
• Release of Liability: I release Paranormal Police Investigations and its agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the paranormal investigation.
• Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paranormal Police Investigations its agents, employees, and volunteers from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including legal fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the paranormal investigation.
• Photography and Media: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the investigation for promotional or educational purposes by Paranormal Police Investigations.
