Please review the table below for your pet's wellness plan options. Consider your pet's age at their next wellness visit rather than their current age today. A description of each plan is included.
All plans require at $49 one time enrollment fee. There is a $20 discount on the enrollment fee on additional pets. The fee is incurred only the first time you sign up for the plan. The plan recurs annually and does not charge additional enrollment fees.

All pediatric plans include 4 Wellness exams, and all other plans include 1 Wellness exam.

All plans are equivalent to a 20% discount on all plan items. All medical services not included in the plans are discounted at 10,15 or 20% depending on which plan you choose.

All plans include UNLIMITED 1/2 price sick exams.

Include all routine vaccinations and screenings* as well as external parasite & heartworm prevention through their last round of the pediatric vaccine series.

By upgrading to Essential Care PLUS you will be adding on your pet’s pre-anesthetic lab work and spay/neuter.

Upgrading to Premium Care you receive everything in Essential Care PLUS, as well as a full genetic panel for breed and health screening.

Adult Plans - include all routine vaccinations and screenings.*

By upgrading to Essential Care PLUS you will be adding on your pet’s routine dental cleaning and dental radiographs.**

Upgrading to Premium Care you receive everything in Essential Care PLUS, as well as a Global Fast Ultrasound, Glaucoma Screening, Blood Pressure Screen, Semi-annual lab work, Semi-annual senior exam.***

*We created these plans to cover the needs of the vast majority of pets. In the rare situation that your pet needs something in addition to the plan, we will work with you to add it to plan on a case by case basis.

**Essential Care Plus & Premium Care plans cover a routine dental, or COHAT. This includes an oral exam, scaling, polishing, and radiographs. Any oral surgery or treatments will be in addition and usually will be scheduled at a later date. These follow up treatments would qualify for the additional plan discount of 15-20%.

***Global Fast Ultrasound is a screening ultrasound of the chest and abdomen to diagnose many diseases prior to symptoms showing up. Semi-annual labwork and exams are typically done at the 6 month point of the plan.

Microchip & Registration - Microchipping is the best insurance that you'll get your pet back if they ever get lost. This is available to all of our patients, no matter what age, because we don't want this to ever be a concern.Breed and Health Screening - This testing reveals or confirms your pet’s breed and tests for genetic markers for disease. This enables us to prevent disease or diagnose at the earliest possible time. This information could save and/or prolong your pet’s life.Radiographs series - Full chest, abdomen and limb radiographs reveal problems before we can see them in many cases. In the event no problems are found, the radiographs establish a baseline to refer back to if there are abnormal radiographs in the future.Cardiopet Pro BNP - This is a blood test that screens for heart disease. It doesn’t tell us EXACTLY what is wrong with the heart but tells us if we need to look closer at the heart.Global Fast Ultrasound - Global Fast Ultrasound is a screening ultrasound of the chest and abdomen that can indicate early changes of disease prior to symptoms being obvious. It is a quick, non-invasive scan.Glaucoma screening - Pressure screening of the eyes to determine if there are underlying problems.Blood Pressure Screen - Several diseases start with an increase in blood pressure and no other symptoms.Glucose Curve - This add on is for diabetics only.Snap Triple FELV/FIV/HW Test - This is recommended for cats that go outdoors or newly adopted cats with an unknown history.Laser Surgery Upgrade - The major advantages of laser surgery when compared to traditional stainless steel surgical scalpels: decreased pain, decreased bleeding, improved tissue healing, and decreased inflammation.
