The market will be located at Bonnetts Energy Centre @ 10017-99 Ave in Grande Prairie, AB.

Tablecloths are NOT included.
Wifi - not suitable for streaming (only POS)

We will be limiting the amount of retail vs. handmade as well as duplicate vendor products. All applications are pending approval until you are contacted by the selection committee for confirmation. Deposit of $200 is due once application confirmation email is sent.

All vendors must be PAID IN FULL by October 30th, 2024.

Any vendors who plan to sell food products must follow all requirements from Alberta Health Services : FORM HERE

If you are a FOOD or PERSONAL SERVICES VENDOR please fill out the AHS Special Events Form and submit directly to Tinseltown no later than October 1, 2024 after receiving an approval email.

MANDATORY. For easier approval. Please submit 3 pictures of your product and/or booth display by email tinseltowngp@gmail.com. Clean clear images only please. These will be used in our Facebook spoltights (if selected). Images cannot be changed out closer to the event. If you are a new vendor and photos are not submitted with application your application will be void.*

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

In the event of a cancelation the vendor agree to:
- Any cancellation 6 weeks prior to the show dates will receive a full refund (less $100 admin fee).
- Any cancellation received less than 6 weeks prior to the show dates shall result in no refund.
- A notice of cancellation must be done in writing to tinseltowngp@gmail.com

All applications are pending approval until you are contacted by the selection committee for confirmation. PLEASE WAIT FOR THIS EMAIL BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH PAYMENT. A Deposit of $200 is required once application confirmation email is sent or you have the option of PAYMENT IN FULL for 5% off before April 30th, 2023. All vendors must be PAID IN FULL by October 30th, 2024.
