    The market will be located at Bonnetts Energy Centre @ 10017-99 Ave in Grande Prairie, AB.

    Included:

    • 8' Pipe & Drape Back Drop
    • 3’ Pipe & Drape Side Wall
    • 1 - 15amp Electrical Outlet
    • Tablecloths are NOT included.
    • Wifi - not suitable for streaming (only POS)

    We will be limiting the amount of retail vs. handmade as well as duplicate vendor products. All applications are pending approval until you are contacted by the selection committee for confirmation. Deposit of $200 is due once application confirmation email is sent.

    All vendors must be PAID IN FULL by October 30th, 2024.

    Any vendors who plan to sell food products must follow all requirements from Alberta Health Services : FORM HERE

    If you are a FOOD or PERSONAL SERVICES VENDOR please fill out the AHS Special Events Form and submit directly to Tinseltown no later than October 1, 2024 after receiving an approval email.

  • **CANCELLATION POLICY**

    In the event of a cancelation the vendor agree to:
    - Any cancellation 6 weeks prior to the show dates will receive a full refund (less $100 admin fee).
    - Any cancellation received less than 6 weeks prior to the show dates shall result in no refund.
    - A notice of cancellation must be done in writing to tinseltowngp@gmail.com
