Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
Please carefully read the cancellation policy before registering your child for ARTS Summer Camp. Due to limited registration availability, this policy has been set in place to ensure all children who want to attend have the opportunity. All questions about the policy should be directed to the ARTS Program Director at 979-378-2113 or programs@artsforruraltexas.org.
Refund Structure:
Full refund if canceled up to two weeks prior to the start of the paid summer camp week.
Partial refund (50%) if canceled one week prior to the start of the paid summer camp week.
No refund for cancellations made after one week prior to the start of the paid summer camp week.
Please note: if paid by cash or check, a refund will be issued by check; if by credit card, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment less the merchant fees.
If any camp is unable to operate due to directives issued by local, state, or the federal government (COVID, weather disaster, state of emergency), you will receive a full refund for all camp fees paid.
