How It Works: Have your own balloons or an Amazon kit? No problem—we can fill them! 🎈 You may ship or drop off your items at our office (655 N. Cassady Ave., Suite 8, Columbus, OH 43219) Monday–Saturday. Please make sure all items arrive prior to your helium date. 

Set Your Priority Helium Access: Let us know the date(s) you’ll need helium. For best availability, we suggest listing all planned dates for the year. 

Pick Up Your Order: Once your order is ready you will be notified to pick up at our location.

Reminder helium float time is estimated up to 24 hours for latex. Mylar 3-5 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Butterr Up Balloons is not liable for shipping delays or standard parcel carrier issues. In the event balloons are damaged, customers are responsible for supplying extra balloons for replacement. We are not responsible for damaged balloons.

If your membership is delayed or canceled for any reason, all unused benefits will be forfeited*.
