Vendor Contract Simplified:
As agreed, the vendor will be present at the selected meet hosted by Golden Elite on the specified date. A designated space will be provided for selling goods from the food truck, business, or organization. It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and food inspections.
Food Truck Vendor Agreements:
-Vendor Fee: $100 Donation of Sales (Payable to Golden Elite invoice will be emailed after review of your application )
- Provide own food merchandise and sales staff.
- Setup can be done from 5:00 P.M. the day before or by 6:00 A.M. on the event day.

Nonprofit Vendor Agreements:

Non-Food Sales Vendors
Vendor Fee $50 Paybable to Golden Elite 30 days Prior to the meet(invoice will be emailed after review of application)
All products sold must be prior approved by host. If in-kind donation of services have been discussed please list description below.
Setup
- Vendor must Provide tent( no larger than 10x10 for non-food vendors), canopy, table, chairs, signage, and promotional materials.
- Electricity will not be provided. This is an outdoor event
Operation and Damage
Vendors are responsible for leaving their assigned space in the same condition as when they arrived. Any damages, including staining, must be remedied at the vendor's expense. Knowledge Ministries Inc DBA Golden Elite Track and Field Club, Escambia County School Board, Pine Forest High, Booker T Washington High will not be held liable for damages.
Media Release:
By participating, vendors agree to allow Golden Elite to use any photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Trash:
Vendors are expected to take their trash with them. If a trash dumpster is available, vendors will be notified on the event day.
