  • Prior to occupying the property, the lessee must provide the landlord the following insurance evidence.

    ·         Minimum $20,000,000 public liability insurance

    ·         Plate glass insurance

    The policy must state the landlord as the interested party and the situation noted as the property address.

  • Lessee's Costs

  • - The lessee will be required to provide a bank guarantee / bond to the landlord or landlords managing agent prior to taking posession of the property. The bond amount will be determined and advised following review of the application form.

    - One months rent, outgoings and GST will be required as an advance rental payment

    - For a lease of 3 years or less, the lessee will be responsible for the lease preparation cost of $500 + GST

    - For a lease of over 3 years, the lease will need to be prepared by the landlords solicitor and may incur a cost to the lessee

  • The personal information provided by the prospective tenant in this application, or obtained from other sources, is essential for the agent to verify the applicant's identity and assess the application. Personal information collected may be disclosed to the landlord, referees, other agents, and third parties as required by law. Additionally, information held on tenancy reference databases may be disclosed to the agent and/or landlord. The agent will only disclose information for the specified purposes or as permitted under the Privacy Act 1988.

    Prospective tenants who wish to access their personal information held by the agent can do so by contacting the agent using the address and contact details provided in the application. They also have the right to correct any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Failure to provide information may impede the agent's ability to process the application.
