Hello TanenbaumCHAT -

We’re thrilled to invite you to the first-ever TanenbaumCHAT Alumni Cup!

Come out on Thursday, March 14 at 3 PM to cheer on your TanenbaumCHAT Tigers Boy’s Senior Hockey Team as they take on the TanenbaumCHAT Alumni Hockey Team for what will be an exciting afternoon of hockey.

Tickets to attend are $8 and the bus will be leaving TanenbaumCHAT at 2:30 PM, and scheduled to return at 4:30.

Signing up on this form indicates your desire to attend to watch the game.

Sign up is first come first serve, and only a limited number of students may attend.
Those that make the list, will receive a follow up email with confirmation.

This program is under the supervision of Senior School Staff. It is understood that the school takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well being of my son/daughter. I will not hold the school responsible for personal injury, loss or theft.

Please note that all provisions of The School Handbook, including Kashrut, apply on all fieldtrips. Please note that students are not allowed to purchase food from non Kosher venues.

By doing so, I recognize the need for acceptable behaviour at all times and support the school in its behaviour requirements. In case of an emergency involving my child, and where a parent / guardian cannot be contacted: I authorize the teacher in charge to obtain medical care for my child.
