Please understand that a missed appointment, or even a rescheduled appointment can and will effect Luke’s workflow. In some cases missed appointments can cost as much as one-third of weekly pay.

Finding last minute clients willing to fill cancelled or missed appointments is time taken from our other clients. Our deposit policy is designed to offset the negative effects of cancellations and rescheduling.

Terms

- The deposit will be taken off at the completion/final tattoo session.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Failure to confirm your attendance 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit & your appointment rescheduled.
- If you are unable to sit for duriation of your appointment, the full fee for the session will still be charged.

7+ Days Notice
No penalty. Thanks for giving us a chance to fill the space. We really appreciate it!

3-6 Days Notice
A 50% penalty will be deducted from your deposit. We'll get you rescheduled as soon as you replenish your deposit back up to 100%.

1-2 Days Notice
100% of your deposit will be forfeited. A £100 deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

Same Day Cancel or No Show
May result in being unable to schedule any further appointments.

The estimated number of sessions required to complete the project may vary depending on design parameters, customer preferences, and unforeseen factors.

The tattoo rate is expected to increase each year as we must adjust rates due to increased experience, quality of service, reputation within the tattoo industry & economic conditions such as inflation.
