2025-26 SCSPA Media Evaluation Entry Form
Instructions & Deadlines:

To receive an evaluation, your program must be an member of SCSPA. Membership is complimentary and runs by school year. Please complete the 2025-26 Membership Form to ensure you are an active member.

Literary-Arts Magazine - One physical copy of the magazine, mailed or delivered to our office. Deadline/postmark deadline, June 15, 2026

Yearbook - One physical copy of the book, mailed or delivered to our office by June 15, 2026

Online - December 15, 2025 - Link to your site

Broadcast - December 15, 2025 - Links to two shows, no more than 20 minutes

Newspaper or Newsmagazine - Two physical issues, mailed or delivered to our office by December 15, 2025

For literary-arts magazines, newsprint/newsmagazines and yearbooks, please acknowledge that you will send or deliver printed media to the SCSPA office by the postmark deadlines noted. If you would like proof of delivery, please choose a method with delivery tracking. It is not necessary to require a signature.

Briefly explain the balance of production among students, the adviser and professionals. Especially note any areas of production that are not performed 100 percent by students.

You may, and are encouraged to, include a letter explaining to the judge how your media is produced, any issues with the production and other information you think the judge may find pertinent in viewing your production.
