- Hugs n' Stitches Co. is not obligated to take on your custom order request.
- Proper communication is required by both parties to ensure that custom order is completed in a timely manner.
- Hugs n' Stitches Co. will respond to the request within a 24 hour period, in which a pricing estimate is provided along with follow up questions regarding the request if needed.
- If you are satisfied with the pricing estimate and would like to continue on with your purchase, payment must be rendered via invoice before the product will begin being made.
- No returns can be made for custom orders. Contact can be made and Hugs n' Stitches Co. will attempt to remedy the issue to the best of their ability.
