    Monday 13 May

    Morning: Travel from the Netherlands to Finland (for example: AMS-HEL, 9.50-13.10)

    In case you would like to attend the workshop on circularity of wind power (from 12:30-14:30), you need to travel the evening before.

    15:00-17:00: Finland goes offshore networking reception hosted by Business Finland.

    17:30-19:30: Welcome dinner at the residence of the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Finland

                          

    Tuesday 14 May

    8:00-17:00: Seminar Wind Finland Offshore 2024

    17:00-18:00: Cocktail session at the seminar

    18:00-00:00: Evening Event with dinner and entertainment at the seminar

     

    Wednesday 15 May

    8:00: Departure from hotel in the center of Helsinki. Bus transportation to Pori. Fieldtrip, company visits (e.g. Port of Pori, Tahkoluoto offshore wind farm, Enersense)

    17:30-22:00: Bus transportation to Helsinki incl. dinner stop (drive: 3,5 hours)

    The embassy has made an allotment booking for hotel Radisson RED in the center of Helsinki, next to the central station, for the period 12.-16.5.2024.
    145 EUR per night (standard room in single use)
    The rate includes breakfast during normal opening hours, wireless internet access (Wi-Fi), VAT and guest sauna (when available).

  • Registration Form: Dutch mission to Finland including Seminar Wind Finland Offshore 2024

  • Please confirm your participation as a member of the Dutch delegation to the Seminar Wind Finland Offshore 2024 and field trip on 13-15 May. Participate in a delegation of around 20 Dutch companies from the Netherlands.

    Dutch companies from the offshore energy sector can attend with 1 person. Participation is free, this includes conference participation /additional dinners/company visits and is excluding flight and overnight stays. Don't hesitate there is only room for 30 participants to this mission;
